  This afternoon I experienced horrible customer service by one of your staff members. She was very arrogant and rude during our encounter, the service provided was unprofessional and impolite. Unfortunately haven't get her name as I left as fast as I could.

  I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years now. And i feel so disappointed by their decision to invest $3.9Billion in fossil fuels! Knowing that they are the biggest funders in Australia is making me consider to swift to another bank and telling my family and friends to do the same thing. Commonwealth Bank should not fund polluting coal projects that is damaging the environment!

  Impossible to do business banking and zero help from staff. Coin ATM always full at close of branch time and staff unhelpful in resolving this issue.

  19th April 4.39pm - both Atms cannot deposit notes. At all.

  Only three ATM's mean that there is usually a long wait and on top of that the ATMs go out of service frequently.

  I am disgusted to discover that of ALL banks in AUSTRALIA, CommBank is the biggest investor in dirty coal!!! As such, i rate it as THE bank to be AVOIDED by anyone who wants a sustainable future for their children and grandchildren. If CommBank doesnt divest from fossil fuels more and more people will choose another bank.

  I had to wait 15 minutes just to use an ATM. Next time I will use the St George one next door and just pay a fee to avoid the hassle that is this Commonwealth Bank.
